Skeptron International Troops Alliance (SITA) USA is a non-profit organization composed of Skeptron members serving or who have served in the United States Armed Forces, Law Enforcement, Fire Services, Emergency Medical Services, Corrections, and other uniformed public service professions.

SITA USA provides a network of brotherhood, camaraderie, leadership, mentorship, and community service among men and women dedicated to serving their country and communities.

We also welcome active duty military personnel, veterans, police officers, firefighters, first responders, correctional officers, and other uniformed service members who are interested in becoming part of the Skeptron brotherhood.
